On the third Saturday of July, the 17th, Tanger Outlet Mall is having a car show and cruise in in the parking lot, sponsored by OB's Barbeque. This show is put on by the Ga. Cruisers, and is a very good show, with lots of prizes and lots of cars. We should try to make our presence known, and have a bunch of cars show up, and be on display. If you can make it, PM or e-mail me so I can get a spot for us to park together. Should be a good time. Tanger Outlet Mall is on the Locust Grove exit, on I-75, just south of McDonough. I'll put out more info as I get it. Thanks,
Just wanted to let you know I will be moving my daughter back from Athens that day but yall go and fill da place up with CoMav's. Maybe one day I can get some more time and get together with everyone. Kelly
Another Show, Another Opportunity Earl, a great organization, the Georgia Baptists Children's Homes and Family Ministries is having a car show on September 25. Thanks Terry. I may call them and see if we can get a mini-meet there too. I think the more we get together and let folks see our cars, the more will become interested and save a few more of these little cars. Thanks again. BTW, going to Tanger?
Terry; show is July 17, from 5:00-8:30pm. Usually last a bit longer, as they give out prizes and such. Good show.
earl, " terry's friend here . " chris and i will be there. maybe i will have my carpet in the 77' by then...frank...:bananaman :bananaman p.s. terry, do you have a ride to the show? i have an extra chair if you will be needing one. i will have enough sodas so you want have to bring any. just shoot me an e mail and tell me what sodas you like.
Frank; I'll be bringing some things also. I'll talk to you before then, and we can plan. Hope some of the other guys come also.
Do I need that bring that fine, wonderful 2,000 piece canopy....or....the one-man EZ-Up canopy?
Frank, Since the mean 'ol doctor has said no caffeine, I primarily drink only caffeine free Coca-Cola Classic when it comes to sodas ( I don't think I've ever said soda before. Here, in GA, all soft drinks are called a Coke - "Would you like a Coke?"). I'll let you and Earl know for sure if I am coming.
EARL...MRS.71 GOLD HERE....AS YOU MAY ALREADY KNOW MY BROTHER IS THE VICE PRESIDENT OF THE GEORGIA BAPTIST CHILDRENS HOMES AND WORKS OUT OF THE PALMETTO GA OFFICE. I SPOKE WITH HIM TODAY AND HE SAID THAT HE THOUGHT THE REGISTRATION FEE WAS $25 DOLLARS AND WOULD GET US SOME REGISTRATION FORMS IN THE MAIL ASAP. HE SAID THAT IT IS USUALLY A REAL GOOD SHOW...WILL LET YOU KNOW WHEN WE GET THEM SO WE CAN GET ONE OUT TO ANYONE WHO MAY WANT ONE...:bananaman :bananaman...EFFIE...
The show is about 35 miles or so south of Atlanta. Depending on where in Sarasota you are, but you are looking at about 470 miles or more to come to the show. There are a copule of motels right there at the outlet center. Might be a little far for a weekend show, but it is doable.:bananaman Terry, FOF (Freind of Frank)
