you need to get an adjustable push rod and try differnt lengths till the rocker tip travels over the center of the valve stem. there are to many variables. i belive that the e-street heads use pedistal mount rockers. there are shims that can go under the rockers but that only adjusts one direction.

no the heads are designed to work with stud mounted rocker arms only. this is quoted from the instalation instructions. "Rocker Arms: Edelbrocke E-Stret Cylinder Heads are designed to wirk with stud-mounted rocker arms only. If yor engine is equipped with late model pedestal mount rocker arms you will need to purchase and install stud mounted rocker arms, such as Edelbrock Rocker set #77780. The valve springs supplied will accommodate valve lifts up to .525", which is much higher than stockrocker arms will allow. Roller rocker arms will be required if your camshaft has more tha .480" lift. Stock rockers may require longer-than-stock pushrods to clear the valve springs."

The stock roller pushrods will get you close. Install em and do a check with em to determine if you really need custom length rods. I'm running the Ford Racing O.E. length hardened pushrods (6.25")with my Canfield heads and Comp 1.7 rockers. They weren't perfect, but damned close. No problems after 6 years. You'll need hardened pushrods if your heads have guide plates.
