1.) Im installing new front springs and need input on whether I shud get a wheel alignment immediately or wait for a specific period?

2.) What is the vertical hose that leads up from the center brake hose on the rear axle housing? What is it's purpose?

OK. I did have someone on this forum mention something about a hole in the banjo housing or breather hole. I really did'nt have any idea where it was. Im replacing that along w/ my master cylinder and wondering what it was. Thanks for the info.

Yes ,wait a couple weeks, mine settled quite a bit, looked like an old gasser with the aluminum slots and front end all hiked up, I also had small skinny wheels on front vs wide taller tires on back that the alignment shop said they couldn't do a perfect factory setting on, i told them just get it close and it has perfect tire wear(better than my 09 ram,[another story]) I had also put in new ball joints and strut bushings so I knew it was out before I took it in
