What do you guys think? $300 for this 351 reasonable? I am sure I could get it cheaper to cause thats what he said he was looking for but not necessarily 100% needed.

If it hasn't been rebuilt and it hasn't been abused (run hot or out of oil) it's not a bad price. I have a 72 2 bbl motor that's never been touched and swapped a $300 Crown Vic for it.
