im just not understanding what you are saying. sorry. i think your chaseing something that you dont need to be concered about. you need to goto the plug at the base of the stearing colum. back prob that plug with the postitive led on your volt meter with the black grounded. find a wire that comes out of that plug that is on when the key is in the on and acc positions and off in the off position.
