Has anyone used Flowtech headers? I found a guy that has a new set in box that he bought for his 73 Maverick and has decided to abort the Maverick project. He wants $50 for the headers. We are going to look at the car also tomorrow, might have another parts car

That's what I have on my car. I paid $90 for the set. You'll need the drop down bracket if you have power steering $17. I've had the headers on my car for 9 years with no problems. They are made by Hooker. It's there low end header. I'd buy them for $50 in a heart beat...

I have them in my car, for over 10yrs now, and not a single issue. They were easy to install, and seem to last a long time. Good buy!

    .

ive used them and love them. have a set on my race maverick five years going. fit is excellent , no beating em up to install unlike some of the higher dollar ones.
if you dont want them let me know who and where that has them and ill buy them. you cant go wrong unless they are used up.

What's the part number on the flowtech's. I want to pick up a set for my Comet. I've got a set of them on my 70 Mustang w 351C. Love them other than their crappy ceramic coating rusting off with about 10 miles on them. Going to take them out anyway when I switch it to a 4 spd.

I got the headers today from that guy, they have been hanging on his shop wall for a couple years, they have never been installed. His 73 Maverick was in pretty bad shape, someone could buy it cheap, but they wasnt much there.
