Cost of a Small Rear Bumper Rechromed?

    I had a girl back into me today at school. So where and how much is a new small bumper? shes paying for it outta her pocket so i need a price. mine is dinged and bent

    Mine. straightened and rechromed, was $300 plus shipping ($30 each way IIRC) at Tri-City Plating. That assumes a good core. If your bumper isn't fixable, I've seen good cores on here for $100. Depending on the condition of yours, you might find an equivalent used bumper for a lot less.

    Call some chrome shops in your area, pricing does vary. Around here, your lucky to get away for under $500.

    Huh the back of the lot?? My car doesnt leave my line of sight. :)
    Its not my every day car though.

    And yes a bumper around here is 500 give or take to repair and chrome.

    no way dude. rednecks park in the back. and they have trucks...big crappy trucks...and they dont care what they hit lol! i was leaving the parking lot and got hit from behind. She was all 'omg i'm soooo sorry' and i'm thinkin in my mind "you better be you just hit my flippin baby!"
