    Is there any gas tank that will fit a 1969.5 maverick? thanks for the help

    That tank is unique to Mavericks and 1970 model year only.

    idk if its different than my 72 maverick but i switched mine with a 75-77 fuel tank and the correct fuel sending unit and it fit perfectly plus its a 19gallon ...

    69.5 Maverick,1964.5 Mustang,1966 T-Bird
    69.5/70 maverick used a drop in tank similar to the early mustang,and the top of the tank was basically about 85% of the trunk floor.71 on used tanks that mounted underneath the trunk floor.
