i don't know what to say http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Elec...ptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories
I knew a guy who wired up a heater motor to his aircleaner of his pickup for towing traval trailers up in the mountains, trucks would want to vapor lock going up long passes, he also installed a cold can for the fuel, I figgered the heater motor wasn't a bad ideal concedering the thin air, fuel injection pretty much fixed our problems on later model trucks
The bonus is that anything over 1/2 throttle the electric motor cant keep up and turns into an alternator from the air demand sucking the rotor faster.
Looks like something you'd find on a Civic, Along with stickers that add 25hp each and the gigantic spoiler that would surely make it to fly to space..
the civic guy's i know dont do that they build these.... BTW just ordered the Delta cam for my brother in laws turbo project...16 degrees of negative overlap is going to do wonders on it...
^ice,i'm helping a friend build a crx right now its got a stock H22 with a 75 shot, its quick as heck, has a fiberglass 1 peice front end stripped interior just gauges steerin wheel,6-point cage and 2 seats lol, imports can be fun little cars to play with.
our project is an 89 CRX D15B2 PM3 Head Vitara pistons and rebuilt kit from FJ Delta 272 regrind MPFI swap p06 ecu still looking for a turbo though.... also got the Valve cover painted last night i wish some of the older SBF came with cast aluminum VC's instead of stamped steel. Im going to do a DIY article for trick painting ford valve covers soon...just need to get the paint.
I Mean absolutly no disrespect to actual tuners, I was once the owner of a JZ Supra pushing 1000 hp so I understand import power. I was refering to the people who put useless things on their cars and try to rev up on a tuned car. You may not have many in So-Cal but there a dime a dozen in Nor-Cal.
Were the capital of those guys... but the ones i hang around with are just like most of us here on this forum. We build these cars to run good. Not just look the part, or sound it.
