I have hooker 6901's they fit well and are pretty cheap ($160 at Autozone). You will need a floor shifter too. If you have power steering you'll need a drop bracket ($16)

You can also get these from summit racing delivered to your door and they'll help you get the right stuff.

Here are some af the part numbers so you can call for mare info, summit racing hed-88300-$155.95.they fit 1969-1977 jegs has a set for $153.99 that are for a1970-1974 with a auto trans.the number is 500-88300,these are all new headers, you should also try swap meets. My son and i bought a set of ceramic coated headers in columbus last year for $175.00 and saved $325.00.

One bolt through the frame mount and two bolts into the block. You should only need to take out the frame mount bolt and place a jack underneath. Use a board to spread the weight. Probably wouldn't hurt to loosen up the other sides bolt as well.:)

No need to cop an attitude. You catch more flies with sugar than vinegar! Most folks on here want to help, and a short fuse doesn't get much help.

You might try talking to some one from hot rod magazine , I know years ago they had a article about that famous racer that had a 460 cid with a modified c6 tans in his car that he raced. You may have to modify the trans hump in the floor?
