Possible Comet/Maverick in Terminator

At around 30 secs, the back end of the car on the right side of the screen.

 

Can't see it, but then again i have one wooden eye.

that didnt look like a datsun to mee a datsun wouldnt have stood that high, and they didnt have a long back like the maverick ):


the red car after that was some smaller thing, but what is this?

 

That i think is a Datsun 210.

 

Datsun 210. I see an AMC Ambassador too later beside the car he steals.

 

Love old movies for all the cars that are now gone, it's nice to see them again.

 

I know what you mean. I was recently showing some friends of mines the car chase scene from Bullitt and it was great to see them react to all the classic cars in the streets in that film.

I actually wonder if people remember that all of these collectibles were actually everyday cars so many years ago. Now the majority of them are pretty much confined to garages and show cars. Not to mention the ridiculous amounts of money some of them go for even in bad conditions.

 

Datsun. Look at the side marker sticking out. Bumper below side marker and pull up door handle.
