I fix one problem it creates another

    I got my brake light to go off but not my rear running lights stay on after i shut the car off, im thinking headlight switch.

    my son backed up the other day and the key fell out of the switch. he picked it up and couldn't shut the motor off. m.a.v. came by and had to pull the coil wire off....it was a bad switch...frank...:slap:

    Im assumming right that it would be the head light switch right.. i never really looked before but the head light switch should control the rear running lights right? I know this is how it is on my daily driver but its a gm
