what should i use for springs in the front end looking for stiffer than stock for better handling maybe some track time. and to lower the car about an inch or so???? thinking 480 or 540lbs for 65-66 mustangs???

I used 620lb springs for a '73 Mustang I belive. I had to cut 2 or 2.5 coils out to get it to sit where I wanted it to. They made a noticeable diference in handling, but they are stiff. The ride can get kinda rough on the interstate, but it's not too bad.

I thought 65-66 springs were different? Use 68-73.
