    This is the first one I have ever seen, other than the picture in the sales brochure. So I had to buy it...now my 74 Grabber will have every option available in 1974.

    The way it's made, I'd say it fits over a shaft of some sort that has a notch in it, which is what holds it in place when it's locked. No clue where it would go though. My wild guess would be a parking brake lock, though I believe the shaft is too big to fit through that. I have no idea.
