:thumbs2: We just bought a 1973 Ford Maverick with a straight 6, 3.3L, 1BL that is in need of restoration. Any helpful information would be greatly appreciated, especially where we might find a auto repair manual and/or a place that you would recommend parts from. We intend to completely overhaul this car and bring it back to life.

Welcome to the board. Most of the suspension and engine parts can be found at many auto parts stores like NAPA. Body parts are a little harder depending on what you are looking for.

Welcome---I did a 73 LDO about 3 years ago and have learned tons and tons of stuff from all these guys. You'll find parts interchangeability across lots of years. If you're sticking with the six (I did and love it.......it's bulletproof) then check out the forum at www.fordsix.com Six cylinder fords are all they do.
