T.L. there was a pic of the time slips (I thought any way) but I can`t find them .

You like to go fast and have fun with a V8 and I like to with a I6 life wouldn`t be fun if we all liked the same things and did the same things and built the same engins :D

I think the file size was too large.

These pic's are right when it came off the wrecker. Previous owner couldn't get it started. Wire had come off the resister block. Fired rite up. I change the plugs and fluids gave it a wash got control of the rust on the top. ( vinyl had been removed) and it runs like a top. Its going to take awhile but it will be lotsa fun (y) Yes that is green stuff grow'en on it.

Cruise control? Is it a factory thing or add on? If factory, that would be extremely rare.

It looks orig. to car. Speedomatic Perfect Cruise. I haven't had a chance to research factory options yet though. Also has MSD ignition maybe a dealer adder too don't know. Sure fun to drive. I think I found the orig. key chain today in the visor. Flexable plastic "Happy Day Ford" one side and a outline of a Comet on the other. Car is orig from Caldwell ID.

My wife is getten jealous...I gotta be more careful, more stealthy about my Comet quality time......

Cool stuff. The wife and I were out doing the garage sales tonight and spotted a spiffy looking white Comet with a green halo roof...I was shocked when she said she really liked the way it looks...my wife tolerates my Mav obsession but isn't always thrilled about it...gonna have to go back and leave a business card on that one for sure.
