Hhheeellppp!! With my mav wiring

Hi!!! guys long time no seeI was wondering if could help me with my mav problem is the electrical problem the problem is in the emergency light i have check the fuse,flasher,volts for the system does any body could help with some infodiagram and no horn too,and lighter originily not install in this cars it thinkyears back was working fine but i put my car in standby now im starting back in my car and i found this problemDOES ANY BODY NOW THE ORDER OF THE FUSE BOX??????

yes i have check the blinkers they are new the turns signals work,but the emergency don't
