Early 9 inch rears

    The 9 inch rears form some of the late 50's Fords fit our cars. From what I read, there are ones with large bearings and ones with medium bearings - is there a functional difference when putting one of these under a Mav less than 400 hp. Oh yeah, before this gets into another 8" v/s 9" debate - I've already read those posts!

    Ditto. But I'd also replace the 50's brakes with something more modern and easier to get parts for.

    Hey, thanks guys. The medium bearing rears are a lot cheaper than the big bearings! And yes, brake upgrades are already in the plans.
