I ran a 15.16 at the track last saturday. i had a 2 second 60 foot. i was only shifting at 5000 because i had a very very bad looking belt on the car, it was replced on sunday. these times were on street tires and with a 3.00 gear. im going to take it up again and shift at a higher RPM and try to get into the 14s. after that i have a 3.89 stump ready to go in and M/T drag slicks.

sticky tires will get you in the low 14's for sure(13's maybe). Just remember, I am not sure how strict that track is on the rules, but if your running slicks, you are supposed to have a driveshaft loop.
    Keep us posted.

shifting at 5,000 might not be a bad idea that could be right in your power band depending on the engine, i know my engine builds peak horse power at 4500rpm. so for me shifting lower would be better. Also it builds torque at 2500rpm, so the powerband is fairly narrow.
