1/4 panels Hi from cold country. There is a place in Toronto Ontario that has after market full 1/4s. how good they fit I dont know. I have one for the dr side and have a phone # for a person who has a new factory full 1/4. he wants about275 can for it and wont go any lower. His fits the pass side. When I find the phone numbers I will let you know.
a friend of mine got a full trunk floor from sherman and Assoc's for his 73 cougar convert, we will be putting it in soon, but i can tell you there are great to deal with and very fast shipping.. the panel looks really good as well..
I've used the Autokrafter / Sherman 1/4 panels. The fit was terrible. Ended up cutting them out and getting NOS quarters. Don't know about any of their other sheet metal.
Haven't been online in a couple of days.!!!! yea it's almost exactly across from the pond. i only hope it doesnt rain..... i'm scrambling trying to get my car ready for saturday. i broke a thermostat housing bolt off in my intake wednesday, while flushing it again. going to try some easy outs tonight to try and get it ready for tomorrow. hope to hear from you tonight on the MMB. thanks.
Road trip Yea I guess we are coming up tomorrow to the cruise-in.Then Sunday i will probably check out the old neighborhood .Cya at Fast Freddies.
Didnt see ya!!!! Hey Roanoke Mav. We went up there Sat. night and did see a lot of cars but no Mavs or Comets . Still had a nice time .I took some pics but I accidently erased them( stupid digital camera) Couldnt get that broken bolt out? Car ran perfect . No problems at all. Later Tim
Yikes!!!! i finally got it out at around 3pm. then preceeded to button up everything which that took over and hour because i didnt mark the distributor and had it 180 out. but it was around 6:30pm or so when i made it to the car wash....i was hurrying as fast as i could.. then i made it up there at 7:30pm or 7:45pm ...i drove up through the parking lot twice, then parked the car and walked around tyrying to find yours...but no such luck...i figured you had either left early or wasnt able to come.... i'm sorry i didnt make it up there till so late. hope you had a good time anyways. next time we'll have to swap numbers...... glad to hear your car ran smooth.
Tim... ...if we were advanced enough to have classifications, I would call your car a Gold level survivor. In Corvette circles and even in Mustang clubs 'survivors' are cars that retain at least a certain percentage of their original parts, paint, upholstery etc. I looked your car over very well before you bought it. Unless you have been driving it to work in the rain and snow, I doubt that it has been hurt much at all. And you bought it not long after I saw it in Charlotte for sale at the Autofair. Take your hat off and bow, it's a very, very nice clean car. Seth
Thanks Seth Hey Seth Thanks for the compliments on the car. Nope i dont drive it to work. Only three times since i bought it.I like that "gold level survivor". I always call it unrestored original . I just dont care a lot for car shows because competition does ugly things to nice people.I like cruise ins myself Have fun on your vacation Later Tim Oh yeah my bow .Here it goes
