    How do you know?:p

RockAuto lists DORMAN Part # 620101 for 93 taurus for $115. My similar experience is that I replaced the fan assembly in my '01 PT Loser with the Dorman replacement about 16 months ago and it has held up so far (daily driver ~15K miles, plenty of A/C usage). They list the motorcraft part for $310 ouch!
This is my only experience with Dorman replacement parts.

Edit ... never mind. Head up butt. Did not "process" the part about 3-core clearance issue with the taurus assembly.

Yea, that's the only way I could figure out to make it fit with a 200. It's still extremely close to the water pump pulley, and cutting the shroud like that weakens it a tiny bit, but I've used the crap out of it with no problems at all.

actually Bryant and I were able to make it fit on the aluminum 3 row radiator without it hitting the water pump. We cut enough off the shroud (as Jay posted in his how-to) to be able to get the fins close enough to the radiator. And even though it was close it definitely wasn't touching and the motor was VERY close to the water pump but wasn't touching. But we spent a good amount of time trying to make it fit, Bryant had to make several cuts and then we had to go find the right size bolts . . .
