Well I wont get into my AK rubber and trim clip thing again. All I know is I got no response from them regarding my issues. Not very impressed at all over that one and it leaves a bad taste for future use.
I can say that my rear gasket and front fit perfect.

i've replaced every bit of rubber on my car, including all the rubber bumper stops.it was an az car so EVERYTHING was dryrotted.i have had absolute perfect dealings with ak.not one problem.the only problem is when they dont have things, like the wing glass gaskets and the sport mirror gaskets.

AK's should have made things right. At the very least sale you another one
    for the cost of shipping.

The main issue I had is being told that it's impossible that they sent me the wrong one. I ordered from a different company so as soon as that comes in I'll let you guys know if it's any good.

In all fairness I am still going to buy from AK. And I will be more careful when I get the part in.

My kit, well half of it, arrived today. The rear glass gasket was among the missing pieces. Called AutoKrafters and they expect to get all the missing pieces on 11/5. Hope they've got it straightened out.

so the new part came in from Steele products. it's totally different than the one autokrafters sent me. As I recall AK was adamant that the one they sent me is correct, now since the one I have here is very different I'm gonna have to assume this is the correct one. We'll see, I'll call the installer tomorrow.

you should be able to lay it over the back window and it should match the shape.

So Jim came back out all the way from El Cajon. I live about 30 miles north of his shop so he was nice enough to make the trip up here. It took him maybe one hours and he got the back glass in. The gasket fit perfectly and it was quite a bit different than what was in the bag from AK.

Good info! About to order a new windshield gasket from Steele for my Pinto, and you have helped me on the confidence factor. Thanks for that!
