That is true unless you haver the Flux capacitor on "Idle". then all magnetic scavaging whether hostile or ambiguous will be quelled by the 'anti-mag- lev' feild produced. Unless, of course, you have the newer P71A1 model. F.Cap. Then any hostilite mag scavaging is polarized and re-versed into your F.C. storage unit. Like always, be careful when you hook up your F.C. to make sure the tri-polarity lead, usually a white with blue and yellow stripes in on the northern most terminal.
man bob you must have understood that chrysler vid in the misc. section that explained the transmissions.
That's funny, its exactly how I feel when Bryant is explaining something to me. That's when I usually go to the back of his shop and play with his barby dolls.
Mash, check the top of your fuel tank, left side. Quite often the emissions control part on top of the tank cracks and you get vented fuel into your trunk. The rubber and or plastic portion shrinks over time and can crack.
gas smell. My car started with a 170 6 in it and the carburter float stuck quite abit making the car have a gas smell i don't know if that helps you.
Are you sure you didnt put the downpipes on backwards? In all seriousness, if the fuel smell is coming out of the exhaust, sounds like a carb adjustment to me IMO. My '78 silverado would get a very strong gas smell if I was cruising down the street then suddenly took my foot off the gas...never figured out what it was, and I wasnt about to tinker with the quadra-jet, I heard theyre a PINTA, if not impossible to tune if you dont know what youre doing.
