    Agreed, lol, although I didnt want to outright say it...lol

    I could see it being good for a runaway tractor since its more of an offroad vehicle(I think it still is at least), but in a high-speed pursuit I dont think a hummer would have a chance...lol

    Now that I see the hummer again, I dont even think it could go offroad with those 22" rims and low profile tires

    Just looks like a gross misappropriation of county funds to me. Lets us see how all of these government agencies are running out of money.
