Great site you have here! I had a 70 Maverick as a winter beater back in high school(1987) and loved them ever since, Though I build and own mostly 50's Fords and Mercurys now, my oldest daughter is following in my footsteps by working with me to restore a 72 Canadian Maverick. Rather than just a beater like I had, this is her pride and joy. I signed up originally to see the great tech article on this forum on the disc brake and 8" rear swap. I just finished the swap from a 77 Maverick parts car I picked up. We couldn't have done it without the great info here. Thanks.
