If no one else will I will do it. Not that hard and I have lots of connections for that sort of thing. I remember a discussion last year about how to do it. What does everyone like? do we want some with before and after shots? Maybe some multi image progress photos along with the sweet members cars that we all drool over? If I'm not stepping on toes, someone tell me if I am. Ya'll can start sending me images for possible inclusion. include your real name and user name. Email to dave@phippsstudios.com with a heading "Calendar"

EDIT: Blugene, Did you already make one? Your response above made me think I was remembering last years. :huh:but looks like you already did a 2010. If so, Ya'll disregard the above.:hmmm:

BluGene, I thought you were working on calendar? It sounds like you’re not or your finished however if you still are check out my post Brigham City Car Show see if any of those are worthy. I know if I still had my 72 Comet GT it would have been.

Ingroller (Dave is it?), anyone can make one. For this calendar I asked the boss if I could make the "official" one. He gave the ok. It's a learning process for some of it. I also have a special treat about the project that I will disclose IF the calendar prints good. I am currently waiting on a copy. IF there is a problem I can make changes, but the treat will be comprimized. More later about that.
The price is slightly higher than the past but I think that it washes out. A plus is that there is no minimum to order and I am not the one shipping them AFTER they were shipped to me. You will be able to preview them also. When we get there I will be posting.

Great Blugene, Didn't want to step on any toes. No need to reinvent the wheel. Your 2009 looks great and I assume the 2010 will as well.

Oh. It was fun to do. This one was a little more work and had deadlines.

I don't see any reason to have competing calendars. If we start doing that we will have people who's cars are in it being the only ones who get one. Blugene does a good job. I just thought no one had done one is why I replied.

Blugene, if you ever need anything retouch or whatever let me know. I'll be happy to help any way I can.

Comrick317, If there really is interest and people want 2 different calendars I'd be happy to do the layout and put it online Like Blugene did. I just don't see a need and from what I see he does a great job.

A thought occured to me. If anyone has enough of their own cars or a project with pictures to make up 12 months plus a cover that might be cool. But that would be a one off. Anyway, If anyone wants something like that just email me. I'll lay them out at no charge.

Off topic side note: I guess people are suspicious. I wanted to make it clear above that I would lay them out at no charge because about a month or so ago I did some retouching of peoples cars here just playing and just to be nice didn't charge them a penny and sent them the retouched file for them to use however they want. However I received emails and some snide remarks like I was trying to drum up business for myself I have never charged anyone on this board anything for my work. I have sent small parts free to people on this board and the response I got from doing something that I do for a living free of charge for members here kinda ticked me off. end of rant and hijack

So what if you were trying to drum up business. If you got talent and the time that they don't then do it. How else would we have things?
