what holds the heater/ac box in place?

    :hmmm:ok what the heck am i missing????i am adding a heater/ac heater box in this 73 mav. it had nothing and the bulk of the car was stripped down..it is an ac car so should fit right in,but..:hmmm:..anyway what holds the heater ac box in place? i know there is 3 bolts outside under the hood and one under the dash on the passenger side, but is there more? any one had a readable diagram? (couldnt read the one in the forum)

    Sometimes that gasket gets stuck to the firewall, it take a bit of a pull..

    the issue im having is the heaterbox dosnt want to fit up under the dash by the pad. in the center console it just wont go all of the way up..i will take it all out after i get off of work and try again...just seems as though it would have a strap or bracket on it by the drivers side of the box.

    There is one bracket, that bolts up under the dash..

    no but get off of work a lil after 200 pm and i am going to take another look at it...is there a difference in the boxes from year to year?
