What kind of Distrubutor cap and coil does everyone use. I was looking at Crane Cams and they seem to have some really good coils and caps. But I heard good things about MSD blaster coils as well. Just was curious to see what everyone else is uesing.

I was just wondering what kind of cap and coil everone uses. I heard good stuff about the msd blasters, but at the same time i was looking at crane cams and have heard great things about the company but not much feed back about the coils

Just my opinion, but if you have a pretty much stock factory setup it would not be worth the xtra bucks for those after market things. A good brand of replacement parts will do just fine (Balkamp or Motorcraft for instance). The high dollar caps and coils are for high performance applications and high rpm's. But if you feel the need for the Blaster coil etc. go for it. Kind of like washing and waxing your car, they always seem to run better afterwards. Go figure.
