I'm going to check out the 1972 Comet I'm buying. Hopefully it is worth it and I get to drive it home! Now I just have to find someone to drive home my BMW, any takers...lol!!! Wish me luck. I will post pics as soon as I make it back, may drive it to Clay City tonight for test and tune, it has the 250 straight 6 in it or so the guy says. I'm not sure how much he knows about this car, cause he says its in immaculate condition, but is only selling for $900. Weird, right? And no I'm not going to run it, just driving it there!! Invitations all around, hope to see some of you there.

    Just got back.

I loved the car and he went down to 800. But i have to think about it. floors were perfect, hardly no rust and runs, i could have drove it home today, but it was a four door so i have to talk my husband nto buying it. There is only a weight difference of like 150 to 200 lbs. for the extra doors right?

    If ya want it!

If you would like to look at it, it is in London, KY. I can give you his number, but I'm not sure if he will go down to 800 for ya. He knew my great grandfather and that helped me a little bit, LOL. Plus I'm a female that new more about cars than him, I beleive he was taken aback. Just let me know if you want his number, I wsh I had gotten a picture for you to see!
