    I broke down and baught a set of the maverick valve covers,I got them today.... Made in the USA and seem to be really nice,can't wait to get them installed.........(y)

    Are they from Auto Crafters? I've been thinking of putting some on mine too for over a year now with fall on the way it would be a good time to do this. Wasn’t there a post on using Mustang 2000 something blue gaskets making it less messy putting them on?

    Yes I got them from Auto Krafters $179 + shipping.... They are really nice, I bought the fel-pro gaskets with the metal ribbing in them and the sleeves that help not over tighten $32 bucks.. Now I need the arp studs so I can install them......

    Wow that would make them about $350 valve covers after all the shipping cost. You better like them a lot!! :D

    hmm i tried prolly 4 different valve covers to fit my rollers in my first mav. the only cheap ones that worked were the stamped chrome Morosos the tall ones w/o baffels

    I hade too put a one inch spacer on the carb to clear the linkage
