Got New Rubber!

    Finally mustered up a few buck for new Maverick rubber. What a difference! The old tires were somebody else's discards & boy did they suck. New ones are BFG Traction T/A's in 225/55VR-16.

    For all those Mi. boys looking for tires, The guys at Belle Tire in Shelby Mi are very patient for those of us who aren't sure what size we need.

    Looks frekin sweeeet! I like those wheels, just need to lower the front a bit imo. And what wheres the burnout pic? lol jk

    Lowering the front is as simple as cutting down the coils right? How would I go about dropping the rear a touch?

    no torching! just use lowering blocks in the rear; place between the leaf spring and the perches. since your leafs hang under the axle, spacing placed there will raise the axle relative to the springs, hence lowering the rear of the car.
