I'm visiting Port Huron, MI, where they held a cruise on Fri afternoon/evening and blocked off the downtown main drag on Saturday for a show.

During the cruise a yellow/green Maverick went by. Also saw it today, Sunday. Anyone on the Forum?

I've seen the car on craigslist before. It was actually listed in Port Huron. It was reasonably priced at $6500, if I remember correctly.

My buddy saw it at the Autozone about 3 weeks ago, and was talking to the guy. He told him about the site. Ahhh Port Huron..almost my second home.

Wife & I grew up in PH. The cruise nite was GREAT!! Cops were scarce and burnouts were abundant. Got me fired up to get my car on the road.

Interesting...I have a friend who owns a bunch of rental homes up in Port Huron...I'll have to ask him if he's ever seen the Maverick around there...

I drove my old '77 (looked like an orange '72 Grabber) up in that area before it was sent to the junkyard, but that was around 1999 or so. :)

I recall seeing it on craigslist too, did it have Weld Draglites?

My car used to go to that show with its prior owner. Damn fine Americans at that border crossing. They were a huge help getting my car exported from Michigan. We even had a few good laughs over it. Too bad my own country men werent as nice when I came back across.
