Comet spotted in car show

I took a few pics of this Comet July 4th at the Logan car show in Utah known as Logan's Run.

 

I don't see any pics.....

I totally forgot logans run was this weekend until i was sitting at the light here in brigham city and saw a trail of mustangs and get this.....corvairs sitting at the light. (not that corvairs arent cool but it just seems odd to me corvairs running with mustangs.)

Jncastell are you going to come up to peach days up here in brigham city come august?

 

Hey Markso125 I Sent the pics to Stafan asking him to post them for me. I got to get ready for bed now. Markso125 Yeah, I plan to go to Peach Days Ibought the Champion Radiator my old one had a leak the only draw back is that Car Show kind of marks the end of Summer here in Utah.

I had to go to bed I'm at work right now I'll try and get my girlfriend to em them too you thanks! I’m really sorry folks but here we go something was wrong with my computer or more likely me, my friends tell me for my preference of Comets and Mavericks. In fact my little brother called my girlfriend after we got out of the canyon and told her when I saw the Comet I kept saying I CANT BELEIVE THIS IS HAPPENING! I CANT BELEIVE THIS IS HAPPENING! I CANT BELEIVE THIS IS HAPPENING! But I guess you had to be there. I let My little brother and nephew do most of the driving they enjoyed driving the Maverick, my nephew really enjoyed the Maverick, he owns two Ricers he’s built.

 

Markso125 Yeah I'm going to try now that I have a new radiator it's one of the last shows of the summer in Utah I think. I bought that Champion radiator I felt it performed quite well I let my nephew gun it, now I might check out Evanston, WY car show too Aug 1, 2009. I have to say even nice paint can even make a comet look good! LOL J/k thats a nice comet!

 

What I thought was cool it was one of the last cars on the way out there was a guy under a canvas cover I asked him is this your Comet? He replied no some guy parked it and left and I haven’t seen him since, I'm thinking maybe next year I'll enter and do the same thing. I really would have liked to have taken some pics of the engine and interior though. Jokingly (kind of) I asked the gate keeper if I could drive my Maverick in park next to it and take some photos of the two together he said no. I should have told him I had to leave to get my heart medicine and now needed to park next to my other car.
