    i found an ad for a complete set of 65-73 mustang disc brake assembly. heres the ad. please tell me it will work! thanks

    im almost 100% sure it will work. i cant think of a reason why it wouldnt....

    I could be wrong but I thought I read once that the tie rod connects to the wrong side on the spindle/knuckle, front to back.

    I have had Mustang people buy disc brakes from a Mav from me so it must work the other way also.

    They bought the spindles? If so, us Mav/Comet guys need that stuff, don't sell out on us:p

    My bad, he didnt tell me they were for a Mustang and he drove 5 hours to come get them. Hope I am excused :(

    all the parts are not new, he said car had 70k. I've never dealt with disc brake stuff before, how much would it set me back for a new pair of rotors/pads/ calipers? and brake lines.

    Altho not much individuly, all of it at once can flatten the wallet. There are different grades of pads also, so that's a hard one for me to say.
    Here's a link to some misc. parts and pieces. I saw caliper hardware kits.

    im sure the spindles will work because a musidiot at a car show with a racing set up 70 mustang was threatening to find out where i park the grabber and steal mine. i gladly reminded him we were in nevada....
