    yes they will, the shock tower notch is so you can run headers and still change the spark plugs without lifting the motor. also a boss 302 will fit, ask ratio411. :)

    thats ok, he likes debate and usually doesnt take it too personal. The cleveland is a monster when built,my uncle had one that would easily roast my 302. but i like "windsor" blocks and the old oil spitting FE blocks...

    Some boat anchors are a lot faster than others......
    The original Cleveland was made to run FAST - big valves and ports lots of air and fuel and more RPM than I want or need to run.

    Yeah the ports on my cousins heads are MONSTEROUS.He has the good Cleveland its the 4V heads,he needs some good gears he knows that.That thing will be zippy:chirp:

    its not a boat anchor because its a fomoco piece.BUT it is a smog fighter from the factory.and to me that means low output you have to build up a cleavland to make it good.
