Hello everybody; I have a 76 maverick that I'm working to get back on the road. It was my first car. I got it before I got my drivers license or learned to drive. Years ago I had an oil leak and my brothers dad sent me to a friend of his who had a shop. This man messed up my engine and had to rebuild it. After having my car for over a year , I get it back. Not only was the leak still there but the car ran like crap. I looked under the hood and didn't recognize my car.The man cannabolized my car and replaced the parts . It hasn't run right since if at all. Now I'm in a position where I can work on it and replace the parts and get my baby back up and running.
