Anyone ever install 71-72 bumpers on their 74/up big bumper cars?

    people do it all the time, and if i remember correct, it's not too hard, the hardest part is getting the bumper brackets to work out, and you may need early fenders and quarter extensions or i think you can notch the later fenders im not sure.

    Lots of folks .. including myself .. have done small bumper conversions ... the hardest part is collecting the parts ...

    Do a search on the mean green maverick. His is a 74 that now has small bumpers....

    That was the easy part. The hard part was filling the extra holes from the 73-up quarter extension and welding the bumper mounts to the trunk floor.

    Ok, I read the tech article, but what about the bottom front of the fenders? Then what about the rear bumper? Guess I need to make a trip to the junk yard!
