Baton Rouge/Lafayette La. Anyone know of any car shows in this weekend 05-23?

    Hey guys I gotta make a trip to Erath Louisiana this weekend to do an auto appraisal. It's about a 275 mile trip one way for me. I figured since I have to go I might bring the Maverick with me and hit a car show Saturday but I haven't had any luck finding something in the area online. I would be interested in finding anything around Baton Rouge or Lafayette area but it's gotta be a Saturday show only (o5-23-09). I believe Erath is a litle south of Lafayette. I just hate to drive that far for an appraisal that will probably only take me 30 minutes to do and turn around and come all the way back even though I'm getting paid for it. I might as well spend the day there at a show, do the appraisal afterwards, stay over night, and come back home Sunday. So, Louisiana guys...what ya'll got going on this weekend??? :bouncy:

    got one right here!!

    I not sure about any car shows, but I live in Baton rouge, 2 minutes from the LSU campus (just moved their today).

    I would LOVE to see your car in person, I could meet you anywhere in the Baton Rouge area, if you wanted. I ask a few guys around here and keep you updated.

    I FOUND TWO, click on the link and go to the 23rd on the calender and it should have all the info you need.

    Hey, I appreciate the info. Only one of those shows are next door to me in Mobile Alabama. The other one is in Gonzales La which may be okay. Not much info there. I think I'll try to get in touch with someone and see if they can tell me what's going on. If I do decide to bring the car I'll let ya know.     Okay, looks like I found a show, just not as close to my destination as I wanted. I talked to one of the show guys today and it sounds pretty nice. It will be in Madisonville, Louisiana. Any of you La guys wanna meet up come on out to the show. I should be there from about 10 am till about 4 pm.
