engine smoke

    i saw some smoke come out of my passenger breather the other day, and was wondering if that is normal?

    Yeah, it is just exhaust. If there is a lot of it, it is a sign of a worn engine.

    But that is why you have a breather.

    You should replace your PCV valve. Unless your engine is worn and the rings are not seating well the PCV valve should route any crancase fumes into the intake manifold. If it is coming out of the breather then either the PCV isn't working or there is way too much blow-by.
