If the TB is on the passenger side, it should clear. Only thing I saw when I did mine was the shock tower brace had to be redone to fit the plentumn correctly without either reaising it up 1.5 inches or dropping it 2 inches to clear the passenger side brace. I used a typical SD upper plentum off a 88-90 5.0 with a 90 degree throttle body instead of the angled setup, like seen on an explorer,, etc etc. Chad
