Haven't been around much since I "got" my Maverick since I have only seen the car in pictures. My dad got to the car this week and is bringing it out next week
The car only has 58,000 miles on it and has NO RUST! All the paint is original and only the right door has any damage to it. The only thing the car does not have is the original 6cyl and the trans which is fine as I have a 302/C4 from my old 69 Fairlane with all of the polished goodies, Weiand intake, AFB carb, HEI distributor, etc. The motor needs a rebuild as does the trans, but I'll save some serious cash reusing as much as I can.
I'll post some pics as soon as I get my hot little hands on her!:D

Welcome back to the madness. Sounds like a keeper and we do like pictures :camera:

I was in Arizona last year. A great place to drive, what seems like forever, in a straight line.

Got the car home just now and got to see her for the first time. Man she is in great shape. Other than the passenger side door that was backed into and the hood trim and right side headlight bezel everything is pristine!
Stayed up over two hours past bedtime, but it was worth it. I have to get up for work at 2:30, but I don't think I can sleep!! (Sorry to be so excited, but I haven't had a project in a long time!):drive:
