    can anyone suggest a place to get a fan shroud for a 72 maverick? thank you.

    I don't know what year autokrafters has but they have one.

    If you wanna cheap one they sell them on summit racing but they are universal.

    autokrafters is about the only place that sells them reproduction. otherwise, just keep an eye on eBay. there's an NOS one on there right now

    I ask cause I have one for a 6 but it's off a 75 Comet and it may not fit anyway...

    Just for fun I looked up fan shrouds in my Master Parts Catalog.

    Shopping list of OEM fan shrouds.
    170-200 with A/C, 250 with A/C, 302 standard cooling, 302 with A/C.
    At least four different fan shrouds.

    I have one that I removed after putting on an electric fan. Its in great shape but painted yellow. Dont ask me why. Its off a 302 that once had PS and AC if that matters. Let me know.

    I dont think it matters at all. I took my AC off and the shroud was fine. The only thing I can think of is if the radiator is bigger on an a/c car. I would charge $15 plus shipping. WHat is your zip code so I can get an idea of shipping. No cracks, great shape.

    i do not have ac. is the shroud if for ac then i just have extra gap or cut out.
