    but wouldn't you also like to see an all ricer d-derby? or maybe a ricer vs. buick d-derby? actually me n todd went to a couple d-derbys at wall stadium.. it was a saturn that was awarded "greatest hits" of course, the chevy impalas and lincoln town cars made short work of the poor but almost kamikaze like saturn! man those guys must be real sore after one of those battles!

    import derby

    I'd like to run an old beetle in an all import derby. No radiator to worry about and you can do your hitting with the front!

    One less...

    Thats one less car that will need parts made for it... , this kinda stuff keeps up it's gonna get harder for US to get parts, Guys... I agree it looks great to see a Mav take it to the General, but... like I said.... I would rather see the General take it in the A_ _ on a dragstrip somewhere .

    By the Way G.M. = Gargantuous. Mistake. :(

    I agree on the "ouch". :( I hate to see one abused that way, but I guess you could say it is going out in a Blaze of Glory!!!

    derby

    Seeing that footage reminds me a couple of years ago I was at our local derby when I spyed a Maverick that had not yet run in the economy class. I jumped the fence to get around the track officials to talk to the guy to see if he wanted to sell it before he put it in the derby. He had replied Hell No I want to smash it. I offered him 200.00 for it right then he still refused. Some may say why did I offer so much for it, the car looked like it had been in a garage for a number of years no rust or dents just the hood was bolted down along with the exhaust pipe hole cut in the hood. I then again asked what it would take to take it off his hands. The intellectual man said you can have it when I am done! I said deal. But after the run with car he my as well had a target on every part on the car it got detroyed, another one bit the bullet!!!

    Even though it sucks to watch the GIF of the Mav getting smashed, I still think it is cool just because it is a Maverick. Like many of you (probably) :) I get excited if I see a Maverick anywhere - even getting smashed. :eek:
