    Holy Cow!!
Lunati has a wicked break-in, run it at 2500 rpm for 20 minutes, then increase by 500 rpm for 1 minute, until you get to 3500 rpm, then back it down 500 rpm for 1 minute, until you get to 1000 rpm....very tense moments. I'm sure my neighbours loved it at 9 PM :D
But she did it, no problem, the temp held steady, the oil pressure was good and strong, and just when I was going to run it around the block.........I ran out of GAS!! :rofl2:

Here's the cam spec's. I had the engine running last year, but not much. It just wasn't right. I had timing issues, and I think I figured out what caused them, plus the cam I used (last year) was a cam I had used for years in the same engine, before I changed the pistons (increased combustion ratio) and had it bored. This cam matched the spec's I sent them, plus it changed from the 302 firing order to the 351. I'll post a sound clip tomorrow (when I get some gas) :D

I hear ya on that one. Always sweaty when running a fresh engine. I break all mine in the same way. run it for 15-20 minutes at 2000 then take it to the road and redline it several times. Go back to the garage drop the oil, check everything out and do it over again. I figure if she's going to let go better to get it over with.:chirp:

Well....usually it is starting to melt now. And the by the end of april we can get our cars out. But this year it's still -20 right now and I wish I could post a picture of how much snow we have. I will be lucky to get it out mid may if this keeps up.

How's the weather in london? I was up there this year to check out a 69 Mustang but it turned out he sent me 10 year old pics. The car was rusted and we just about bought it sight unseen. Close call. That would have been a waste of 30g

That sucks. Weather around here has been in the teens this week. Still dips below zero at night. Looks like a bit colder this weekend. 8 degrees tomorrow and around 5 or 6 this weekend. Snows all gone and my pond and pool have no ice. May have boat out this weekend for some Brown trout action in Lake Ontario. Love early Spring action. Hope you get a warm spell soon.

Thats in Celsius, 10 degrees Celsius is around 50 F for you Yanks.

Well to put it into perspective, we are still ice fishing here full bore. At least until the end of this month when they close it till may long. There is too much snow for trucks on the lakes so we have been using snow machines or quads/sidexsides with tracks. -20 celcius is like 5 below fah.
