Some may know I spent this winter getting her converted "back" to the street. She has not seen street duty since 1972. She was converted to a drag car way back when. Well I took her on an interstate cruise this weekend and decided to drive her to work today.

John, Pinky looks just as kick ass now than it did as a race car. What numbers do you think it will turn now?

I have no idea what it will run Nick. But I am sure I could get an 11 if I tried real hard :biglaugh:

Here is a short list of things I done this winter:

    1) new floors.
    2) wired (not re-wired ) the car for lights, turn signals, brake lights, wipers and radio. (thanks Frank for the harness)
    3) All new interior- seats, carpet, insulation/deadner,door panels, arm rest, radio, gauges and package tray (thanks Ward for the tray)
    4) RUST BULLET the undercarriage.
    5) Rear gears (thanks Chuck Barnes)
    6) fixed, welded and cleaned (and repeat) the engine bay.
    7) and street tires (thanks Ward)
*there is a ton of other stuff that went along with this project.

** and a bunch of help from the maverick/comet family, whether it was donating parts, selling me parts or giving tech advice through PM's and phone calls.
