88 Mustang bucket seats fit?

    I've got a set of '88 Mustang bucket seats offered to me for nothing, and I'm wondering if they'll fit in my 77 4 dr?

    I hate to pass them up.

    73 LDO, 72 Sprint, 70 Grabber.
    They will fit if you have the bucket seat brackets for your Comet. The stang ones won't sit right on the floor...

    Don't have the brackets. Any after market supply, or is this a boneyard item? Does Ford sell them?

    '75 Maverick, '03 super duty, '04 Mustang Vee-six!
    I still have the mustang brackets on mine. Had to make some spacers and drill some holes in the floor, but they worked well.

    Thanks. I'll get the brackets from the old mustang, and install their whole setup.
