I was looking for some cheap ways to patch a few spots in the comets floor. I noticed BUBBA BOB posted some picts that were interesting in his floor repair gallery. Does anyone know of the chemical he used to paint over the floor. It looks like some kind of liquid sound barrier.

Its silver in color and it looks like some kind of matt was laid down first.:hmmm: It almost looks like a type of fiberglass matt.

Rust Bullet and fiber glass CLOTH :thumbs2:

Duct taped the underside of the holes then used the Rust Bullet as the resin for the FG cloth. Put down a layer of fiberglass, then put two layers of Rust Bullet over the entire floor. Then took the duct tape off and put a layer underneath.

If you mean to use it as a fiberglass resin, you would probably need three quarts.

I got by with 2 quarts. Be sure to read the directions about how to use this stuff. And don't get none on you...it wont wash off
