What does 13341-B fit? Mainly, what does "B" mean?...

From doing a google search it looks like the 13341-B is just a generic blinker assy number. To find the model you need the number/letter combination that goes in front of that like d6az-13341-b (76 galaxy), e9hz-13341-b (89 ford truck) , e5tz-13341-b (86 bronco w/tilt) ect. ect.

Thanks. Now you can kick me for leaving out the first part of the #s. D6DZ... That one you show has C3OZ.
What's happening is I have this CD that shows part #s pointing to the part. It does not show the first #s and does not have a "B".
Now that I look at it a little closer, I was on a Mustang illustration. The Maverick one shows a different #. It shows to be 13345. I guess this one is incorrect...?

Gene that part should be for a 1976 Maverick or Comet. Might retrofit back a couple of years too.

Most parts start with a suffix of A, then B, and so on.
The B suffix normally means an engineering change, could also mean a manufacturer change too.

Keep in mind that generally D6DZ will be a Granada part ...

Hmmm... this B is at the end. Is that the same concept or thinking?

I would like to know how that was determined. I know you know what is what, but I don't...just trying to understand.

Looked it up in my copy of the 1973-79 Mercury Master Parts Catalog.

Application is 1973-77 Maverick and Comet.

P car line still Comet/Maverick in the MPC, right?

I did not notice before but D6DZ-13341-A application is 1976 Monarch (and Granada) with tilt column, and 1977 Lincoln Versailles with tilt column.

D6DZ-13341-C part number is for Monarch and Granada with fixed steering columns.

So in this case, a similar but different application, for the three suffix letters.

    Gene,

So the part in the pic is for our cars?
I see the "P" in my charts also... My CD is kinda complicated but I only just began looking into it. There has to be a simpler way than this one tho... I have to do alot of searching to find stuff cause it's not listed and there's quite a bit of info. What mine shows is "section 104", "section 105" etc...
