Had good day maverick hunting saturday. Got front and back
valance nice shape $20. Left there spoted a maverick out of the
corner of my eye, turned around and went back. That one was a
raged out 4-door.There is 4 or 5 others there. I saw a yellow
grabber with flat hood, but has the rear spoiler not wrecked just
sitting there.I'm going to try to get that one. The guy was not home I must go back when I'm done writing this. Also saw mint
blue buckets and matching back seat for 4door. Tan 2door
bucket seats. If I can I'm going to get this stuff and bring it to
carlisle and to the round-up. I don't do shipping. John

did the comet GT get rear spoiler?

i know ive seen comet GT's with both rear wing spoilers and rear window slats. (and of course non functional hood scoop)

if some comets came with a rear wing spoiler, is there any reason it wouldnt be a perfect fit for a maverick? where can i find one? what should i expect to pay?

i dont see many of these cars. i just wondered if what i saw was from the factory or custom

Comet GT's never came with the spoiler. A lot of guys add them cause they look good and is a drill and bolt on mod. I've seen these spoilers go anywhere from $100 to $350. Just depends on the demand when your ready to sell.
