    :drive:well, my daughter's car passed the state inspection, and she drove it to work today!! We took it to the Ford house, and there was 1 guy doing the insp. and 3 just standing there looking at it. Stephanie couldn't stand it, and went out to see what they were saying. She heard nice car, hadn't seen one in a long time, where did you get it, etc. She just said, my mom fixed it for me, and it's the coolest car in town. Sure made me feel good, and the guys just laughed. I see so much more to be done, but she's happy for now. Just had to brag a little, hope that's ok. Now, where's a meet when we need one?

    the man at the auto parts house in town said his kids wouldn't have waited 1 week for a car to be finished, let alone over a year, and, his kids wouldn't want an old car, anyway. How sad for him! Now to figure out to do the exhaust she wants!

    Excellent...now it starts costing real money!!! :rofl2: I can laugh cuz my son just cost me a $700 transmission this weekend! Oh well, I didn't want to get my engine done this century anyway. Kids...ya gotta luv em! (I think it's the law, isn't it???)

    i have to pay for all my own parts... my dad loaned me a couple hundred dollars but i had to pay ever penny back,(monthly payments all summer long lol :D) but now its paid off and i'm debt free!!!
